Measure before claiming

The Audio Lab is where the model has to survive measurement.

This is the heavier bench side of Ohmic: capture, calibration, impedance, RTA, SPL, timing, repeatability, and measurement records that feed back into BassBuilder and OSM.

What it owns

  • DATS/impedance import, capture review, and project attachment.
  • Calibrated microphone workflows where supported, with plain limits for phone-mic and consumer-device readings.
  • RTA, SPL, timing, and repeatability tools that separate useful comparison from certified judging claims.
  • Predicted-vs-actual checks for enclosure, impedance, tuning, and system behavior.
Audio Lab tooling door
Trust rule: relative measurements can still be useful, but Ohmic should always label what is calibrated, what is comparative, and what should not be treated as certified proof.
