Safety And Preparation
- Amplifier gains started at minimum.
- Speakers disconnected or protected for the selected test frequency.
- Amplifier loading requirement checked in the manufacturer manual.
- Scope connection method is safe for bridged or floating outputs.
- Source EQ, loudness, normalization, and enhancements documented.
- DSP master volume and preset reference documented.
- Amplifier bass boost off unless intentionally part of the final system.
- Remote controls placed at the defined calibration position.
- Protective crossovers set before speakers are reconnected.

Whole-Chain Verification
- Source remains clean at the final reference volume.
- DSP analog input remains clean.
- Summing, EQ, bass processing, and routing were enabled and retested.
- DSP analog output remains within its clean voltage capability.
- Amplifier reaches the chosen target without early clipping.
- Every preset and source mode was checked.
- Every user-accessible remote and boost control was checked.
- Speakers were reconnected at low level and increased gradually.
- Excursion, mechanical noise, heat, odor, protect behavior, and voltage sag were checked.
- The final daily maximum is labeled and documented.
